Problem Statement

Industry research shows that 90% of retail traders lose 90% of their deposited margin in the first 90 days. As a way to solve this problem, design a mobile experience that works to allow inexperienced traders to be more successful sooner.

My Objective: To design a system that simplifies the trading process for novice traders and increases their chances of success through user training and a mentor system.

Process

Conducted user research to understand the pain points and needs of novice traders

Checked the competitive landscape for closely related solutions

Created personas and user journeys to identify key features and design decisions
